At Aureli, we understand that sometimes you may want to exchange a product for another style or size. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below:
Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, invoices, and certificates intact.
- Exchanges are valid only for products purchased on www.aureli.in
- Customized, engraved, and made-to-order jewellery items are not eligible for exchange.
- Earrings are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us at support@aureli.in within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order ID, the reason for exchange, and the item you’d like in return.
- Our team will assist with a reverse pickup (available in select pin codes) or provide shipping instructions.
Conditions:
- The replacement item is subject to availability.
- If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
- If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting images.
If you are unable to do so within this timeframe, we may still consider your request at our discretion, subject to verification and availability.
