Return Policy

At Aureli, we want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Only purchases made on www.aureli.in are eligible for return.
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at support@aureli.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order ID and reason for return.
  • Our team will assist you with the return process, including pickup (available in select locations) or shipping instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting images. If you are unable to do so within this timeframe, we may still consider your request at our discretion, subject to verification and availability.
