At Aureli, we strive to deliver your jewellery quickly, safely, and efficiently. We’ve partnered with Shiprocket, a trusted third-party logistics provider, to ensure seamless delivery across India.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India via Shiprocket’s courier network.
- You can check delivery availability for your location during checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
- A nominal shipping fee may be applied for orders below the minimum value or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Since we do not offer customized or made-to-order jewellery, all listed items are ready for shipment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery time typically ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
- You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is shipped.
5. Order Tracking
- Track your shipment using the Shiprocket-powered tracking link sent to you post-dispatch.
- You may also log in to your account at www.aureli.in to view your order status.
6. Delivery Delays
- While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Aureli is not liable for such delays but will assist you in resolving any issues with our logistics partner.
7. Failed Delivery & Reattempts
- Our shipping partner will attempt delivery multiple times.
- If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee for subsequent attempts.
8. International Shipping
- Orders shipped outside India will incur additional shipping charges, which vary based on the destination country. After your order is placed, Aureli will contact you to confirm the applicable fees and provide further details.
